WORST MOVE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

<div>THIS WAS THE WORST MOVE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Especially considering it was a local move on 30 April 2024 to storage for a month, and redelivery 1 June. We were not told that items were broken, but only when we queried where they were and not delivered on 1 June, did we find out they were damaged. The number of items that were returned broken or badly repaired is unbelievable. A flat screen TV was returned with the LCD damaged and Eeze Move took no accountability, even though we were advised for insurance purposes they need to pack and box the item. They have refused to take accountability and or repair it, hiding behind a transit insurance clause. Eeze Move packed the TV in perfect working order, but returned it with a damaged LCD screen due to pressure or a knock on that corner. A a custom made chair which was specially wrapped by Eeze Move had its leg broken off and Eeze Move cannot repair it as the chair has to re-upholstered. Two desks had two legs broken and were very badly repaired, with the scratch marks visible on the desk top, a Beachwood desk was broken. So many crockery and glass items that were packed in Fragile boxes were broken. Only 6 of 9 pot plants that were sent to storage were returned, and all the plants had died. The 3 pots not returned were broken by Eeze Move in storage, of which 1 was new, and no replacements offered. Eeze Move are not the easy moving company, but rather a company that over promises and under delivers. Eeze Move clearly lacked the correct packing skills, had bad handling of items and lack adequate insurance cover, even though they claim to have in transit insurance. This is probably our 6th or 7th move in 30 years, and EZEE MOVE WAS THE WORST MOVE EVER!!!!!!!!</div>
