Very disappointing

Very disappointing. We ordered a 5 ton truck and on the morning they arrive with two small 1.5 ton trucks with open trailers, arriving 1 hour in between. Half of our furniture ended up on a trailer with suitcases right on top in open air, ridiculous. Not surprising that we eventually end up with 2 suitcases missing (one with expensive shoes). Probably fell off during the transit. Can't believe that others are giving them 5 stars??
