Unprofessional and unreliable service from Eezi Movers

<div>I requested this company to move my belongis from Bloemfontein to Durban the requested date was between 6th to 8th July. The sales lady sent the aoutation which I accepted and signed. After signing the qoute they said they are not available for those date. They gave me proposed dates of 16- 18 and pressured to pay deposit or she will cancel. This was paid. Today 13/07/2020 notifying me thad its less than 3 day to move. I sent an email to the voiceless **** and called their offices at *** wanting to find the exact date they will pack in Bloemfontein between 16 to 18th. I was promised that they will get back to me before end of the day. I just checked my mail and there an email from **** changing dates again go 23 to 24 for delivery and that they will pack fromn 18 to 22. I I have already physically moved to Durban. I am a doctor and some of the instruments I use are in those boxes. In all these senseless postponements not a single official from this very unprofessional company called me. The only call was when they wanted a deposit and they threatened to cancel the booking to the rxtent of evening harassing my PA to disturb me from a critical COVID-19 meeting.
