The lack of communication is terrifying.

My experience with EeziMoves has been deeply disappointing and completely unprofessional. My furniture that was collected from KZN on 17 November 2025 for delivery to WC, and since then I have received no proactive communication, no updates, and absolutely no accountability from the team responsible for my move. After weeks of silence, I had to continuously follow up myself just to find out what was happening with my belongings. Only today—after calling them REPEATEDLY was I finally told that my items had been sitting in their Durban depot all this time because the truck assigned to my booking had broken down. This is information I was never informed of until I demanded clarity, today.

I then requested a written confirmation of what was said, and the “Senior Consultant” assisting me since the 17th responded with a message so dismissive and cold that it felt like the delay and lack of communication were somehow my problem. There was no remorse, no ownership of their failure to update me, and no genuine apology for the stress caused, and the stress that will CONTINUE to be caused until I finally receive my goods.

To add to the frustration, I was informed only today that my delivery is now pushed out to 13–14 December, nearly a MONTH after collection. If I had not reached out myself, I would still be waiting without a single update from their side. Just silence.

This experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. When people hand over their entire household contents, the bare minimum expected is communication. EeziMoves have not offered that at all. Only anxiety :). Displacement an anxiety.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ever.

I look forward to it, because this is literally: Spiralling — because it’s the natural reaction when your entire life is sitting in a storage facility halfway across the country.

After being informed that my load, collected from my home on 17 November and initially assured to be delivered between 25–30 November, had not even left KZN, I was told over the phone that EeziMoves would reimburse me 10% of the fee paid due to their failure to fulfil the service.

When I requested this confirmation in writing, the agent comp**** — but unsurprisingly, the email made no mention of any reimbur*****t. Instead, it offered empty assurances that my “items are safe” and thanked me for my “understanding,” despite the fact that I have now been without furniture for two weeks.

Since then, I have received no further communication, apart from being told I must wait an additional 15 days before I can expect to see my belongings.

It is absolutely unacceptable — and deeply disheartening.

I do not recommend this company.
