Terrible service and communication

<div>Very poor communication and service from ****. We have used Eezi move numerous times, but never had such shocking service. A box was not delivered with our move, I have been following up and all response we get is that it has been handed over to customer care. Its been almost 3 weeks since our move and no constructive feedback on my missing box</div>
