Terrible Off -Loading

We recently moved from Joburg to KZN, everything was going according to plan, except for final move, three items of the items that we got Eezi-Move to pack for us, got damaged in some way. When they off-loaded and put boxes and certain furniture into the new house, it was just dumped wherever they could find a space, instead of stacking it methodically. I complained to Burnett, who had been fantastic, and he informed me that customer care would contact me, well I am still waiting.
