Terrible experience

I'm so disappointed with your company! This was my second time moving with this company and my first long distance move, your company was great with my local move within a province however things just got bad to worse with the long distance move. Firstly your time manage is completely terrible, and I almost was not able to move because you didn't stick to your own timetable and were late almost 5 hours, knowing my complex that I was moving from has strict moving times. This is not right because you don't mind charging your clients extra for running late but then are so late it was almost impossible to move. I got over that and was expecting my load the next day between a certain time, I only get emailed the day my load is expected to be overloaded that due to unforeseen circumstances the load will not be delivered that day! When it finally was delivered the following day, once again you are hours behind in a difference province, every time i kept on calling you only a "half an hour away". Your actions caused me great emotionally and financially strain, not to mention my boxes had been torn and opened and rough handled and some furniture damage to which you take no responsibility over even though all shuttles and big truck are one company and my goods got damaged in your care. As a customer I have experienced good service from my local move with you and I'd like to believe you can do better and improve, especially with your long distance moves, I however would not recommenced this company if you are moving long distance at all.
