Shoddy and uncaring company

yes,i was referred to them and that was the response they gave me. I then went back to the consultant and he was equally unhelpful. The very clear message was that it was my fault for not taking a more expensive fare with additional packaging. That would in fact not have helped as they must have app**** a a lot of force to my furniture to have snapped the back of my chairs in half and broken the table off its base. It seemed almost as if it was malicious. not saying it was but it could not have been easy to have broken them in that fashion. i even said to your consultant that you can't place a very high value on your reputation as the repair costs were not that excessive. I said i was going to report this on Hellopeter since you price yourselves on your reviews there and then he became quite unpleasant.
