Shocking service

I used Eezi move for two moves at the same time, one move to Linden and the 2nd to Cape Town. The team handling the Linden move went out of their way to help and took the required care with my belongings.

The team that handled my move to the Cape did a shocking job, had no respect for my belongings, damaged my furniture my clearly just pulling then across the floor/ground causing significant scratches. My dishwashet was bubble wrapped, and it has burn damage. It seems as if the team made a fire in the truck casuing the damage.

On raising this with customer care I am being told, moving is a risk business, I decided not to pay more for wrapping which has resulted in the damage. They refuse to take any responsibility and threw all blame on me.

Some "excellent customer service". So despite the one team doing a good job, I will not recommend Eezi Move for your move. If it goes wrong, it is a risky business and **** happens.

So customer care, don't ask me for my reference to investigate further, I was not given one and the reply to my complaint told me to stuff off , the matter is now closed.

No surprise here that you have gone quiet again after speaking with customer care. Normal practice damaging customers belongings and not taking any responsibility. Not even an apology. Just you decided too move and take the risk of moving your belongings. Risky business you know. Even better when moving company take zero risk
