Poor management service

Poor service, and communication.

I had one of the sales consultants come and do a site inspection and then quote to move us. On moving day I was then informed that the truck could not get to our unit due to trees and that I would need to pay a shuttle fee (basically half of the total moving cost). I was then told that the amount of boxes quoted to move was not sufficient to move all the boxes I had, but as I had sent my couch to be recovered and wasn’t there they would take all the boxes. My issue is that I had a site inspection, the trees did not grow that much that a truck could not get in, in a month! Then when I phoned to complain on the Monday after the move I was advised that I would be phoned back by a manger. When I received no call back, I phoned back and spoke to the Ops manager - who was rude and said that she had told the sales person to get my bank details and they would pay half the shuttle fee back, the end, no discussion no apologies nothing. I am still awaiting the refund. Management is rude!

The moving team was efficient and did what they needed to.
