Pilfering

We used Eezi move to relocate in 2021 from JHB and only once we got settled did we realise the a cell phone and some jewellery was taken on raising this with them I was never responded to nor was anything dealt with.

More recently my sister used them to relocate from PE and they had to make a stop on their way to the western cap to collect a household of furniture. while here R1600 went missing from a secure drawer within a built in cupboard on raising this with them, I was told to open a case and was promised that they would revert to me with the next few day to deal with the case. To date not a single contact.
