Outstanding Service

We recently moved with Eezi Move and had an outstanding experience. The moving team, led by Daniel, was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. We were genuinely impressed by how quickly and carefully everything was loaded and offloaded, with such attention and care. It made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier.

The team’s warm and personable manner stood out just as much as their work ethic — and what made it even more impressive was that our move took place on a public holiday. Despite this, we received the same high standard of service, with the team remaining friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout. It’s rare to encounter such remarkable service, and we truly appreciated it.

A helpful note for future customers: be sure to read through all the confirmation emails carefully, as there are important details that can easily be overlooked. For example, there’s a surge charge for booking a morning time slot, which is noted in the correspondence.

That said, the office staff are excellent — they respond very quickly via both email and WhatsApp, which made communication smooth and efficient throughout the process.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Eezi Move and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommended!
