Not Sufficient Care Taken

Eezy Move carted my furniture from Gauteng to KZN. The plan was that they deliver part and store the rest; and finally, move "the rest" into my new home. This was done.

My complaint is that some of the breakages were curious: 1) A cupboard had both its doors ********** 2) A Weber braai's cover was ripped in multiple places (I do not know how they did this). 3) A bookcase backing had multiple holes (one soccer ball sized). 4) A mirror wrapped by Eezi Move was shattered. 5) In most cases, "fragile" and "this side up" markings were ignored.

I have photographic evidence of these issues which I sent to Eezi Move - they apologized.

The staff were friendly & helpful. They were punctual, in fact they arrived early for both pick-up & re-delivery.
