Nightmare relocation...

<div>We first contacted eezi move on the 8th of October for our furniture to be moved from joburg to Durban and they told us it would only take a week for the furniture to be delivered. After a few days we checked on them on how the process was going only to find out that the lady (****)that was handling our account was on leave without even bothering to notify us. We tried getting hold of the person who she handed over our account to without success. When she eventually came back from leave we struggled to get hold of her and when we finally got hold of her we discovered she hadn't even started the process. After two weeks we called again to check on the progress because she never communicated with us at all,only to find out she had not even sent a vendor form when we asked her why she suggested that if we were not happy with her service we should get another moving company.We called to let them know our address and that there was a steep hill where we live and they told us they are fami**** with Durban but when the truck finally arrived after a month and some days they came with a big truck and trailer and the driver had to go back with our furniture.they came back after a few days with a big truck again the driver had to call the depot asking them to send a smaller truck. When they finally delivered the furniture the wardrobe was unassembled and broken, so was the stove and the stove cupboard and the microwave.we called them to notify them till today we have not got a response.Bare in mind we were sleeping on the floor with one blanket the landlord had to borrow us a carpet just for us to avoid the hard cold floor. We had to have takeaways for the whole month which left us financially strained. I would never suggest eezi move to anyone one their service is beyond shocking and they careless of their customers.&nbsp;</div>
