NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Used them twice and what a nightmare every time - broken furniture, trucks arrived late, driver’s didn’t have licenses on them to enter our estate, truck wasn’t big enough for our load so had to source other trucks making our move arrive late at night unpacking in the dark. Forgot to load furniture (had to send them back a few days later upon discovering myself) packed boxes at previous home - the same boxes was never unpacked at the new house because an UFO spaceship has taken it. Refused to move our boxes upon arranging - staff refused to phone manager saying they are not allowed to contact them and they didn’t have airtime - I couldn’t understand why their driver’s couldn’t communicate with their own people (manager) in the office.

Read their T’s&C’s CAREFULLY!!! Read EVERYTHING and make sure you get adequate cover for anything that could go wrong on your side including theft.

“It is further noted on the relevant documentation that Eezi Move is only insured for Limited Goods in Transit Insurance(fire, collision, overturning, theft following and hijacking only)” This is where we burnt our fingers! Also just a 2 day window period to communicate any discrepancies (who unpacks a house in 2 days?!!)
