The staff were great, efficient and very pleasant to work with. The logistic team got a bit mixed up with vehicles and as such we were off loading in the dark. The management team that did the quote made a hard job seem too easy, but all went well until we wanted to return unused boxes. Management just said that it was company policy that they do not reimburse for unused material and that it was stated in the contract. We found it, sure enough in the contract, but have to say that after all the brilliant effort and service this is one thing that left a bad taste. If you want to know what the customers think, don't force your staff hide behind company policies that clearly detract from the company's core business which is taking the stress out of moving house. I will use them again, with my eyes open.
