Making Moving Eezi-Peasy

I used Eezi Move in November 2024 to move furniture from Durban to two locations in Johannesburg. Among the items was an upright piano, wooden cornerstand and dining room table with chairs. These pieces are of tremendous sentimental value to our family and fragile in nature. Our home in Durban also has a steep driveway that is a serious challenge even on the sunniest of days. The Eezi Move staff were a dream from start to finish - the quotation was prompt and detailed, the system of boxing and securing the items before the loading vehicle and team arrives is smart and saves time, the loading team is efficient and innovative in solving challenges. The smses, emails and scheduled timeslots help greatly to keep you in the loop and plan. Their team members from the call centre to packing team to loading team were all skilled, competent, positive and energetic - they did not even baulk at the driveway though they said it was the steepest they'd seen! All items were delivered smoothly and without damage. I fully recommend their services and thank their whole team for the care and expertise with which they handled our move.
