Late/ no feedback

The truck was supposed to arrive between 7-8. After we phoned after 9 we were told that we are actually the second customer and not the firs as per the previous conversation. So they will be on site between 11-12. At 11:30 I phoned to confirm but no one called me back after they were supposed to check with the agent. At 12 I phoned again only to be told the the truck is still offloading at the first client. I am still waiting for the manager to phone me!!!
