Ignored after things went wrong

<p>The move consultant was pleasant to deal with, but during the move itself the workers tore my sofa and broke off a door handle in the process. After lodging the complaint with all the evidence and escalating the matter to the manager Chris I was and still am completely ignored. They have not paid me the money for repairs and treat me as if I am an annoyance. Be aware of the risk you take when dealing with this company.</p>
