Horrible experience

Our experience with EaziMove was absolutely horrible! For starters, after paying, we couldn’t secure a move date until a day before the actual move. Then, despite the fact that the Sales Consultant confirmed that she knew the process of gaining access to Val de Vie, this was not the case, and she left us doing this admin whilst on the road to Cape Town. To top this off EaziMove damaged one of our containers and did not even apologise or acknowledge their mistake!

So all-in-all terrible service! If we never had to use EaziMove again, that would be too soon!
