Horrible Experience

I am writing this review to provide a comprehensive account of our deeply unsatisfactory moving experience with Eezi Move. The numerous issues we encountered demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism, care, and customer service.

From the outset, there were significant red flags with the moving team's conduct. The team leader displayed unprofessional behaviour by suggesting we ignore an SMS about tipping and then disputing documented inventory items. This raised immediate concerns about the team's integrity and attention to detail.

The moving process was characterised by rushed, careless handling that resulted in property damage: - Multiple floors were scratched and a door was chipped due to forceful and negligent item movement - Two tables were broken through mishandling - A trampoline, which I repeatedly suggested should be disassembled, was improperly transported and subsequently broken - A light at the destination property was broken during the move

Communication was equally problematic. We experienced significant difficulty reaching our consultant, and when damage was reported, the company's response was unacceptably slow. Only following numerous follow-up attempts, were we advised that even though a damage report was already compiled, feedback would only be provided in a 30-day period.

The cumulative impact of these issues demonstrates a fundamental failure in professional moving services. The damage to our property, combined with poor communication and apparent disregard for customer concerns, makes it impossible for us to recommend this moving company.

We will definitively not be using this service again.

Reviewer Update
UPDATE: It has now been over 30 days since Eezi Move said they would investigate the damages reported during our move. Despite their assurance of providing feedback within this timeframe and multiple follow-up emails from our side, we have received no response. This silence following their promise to investigate suggests their damage claim process may simply be a delay tactic rather than a genuine commitment to resolving customer issues. Potential customers should be aware that in our experience, their promise to investigate damages did not result in any actual resolution or compensation for the documented damage to our property. This further reinforces our original concerns about the company's professionalism and customer service standards.
