Furniture removal

I requested a quote for the removal of a few pieces of furniture from my daughter’s flat. After payment of the deposit to secure the service and a specific date, additional charges were added. This should have been included in the original quote. Generally very poor customer care. Will not make use of them again. The staff doing the actual move were great.
