Excellent service received from Eezi Move

Eezi Move was recommended to my wife and I by person who used it and found it reasonable in price and also the way they move the items. Our move from Jhb to Pta was in two parts because of our extensive renovation of our house in Jhb and the time it took to sell the house. Also, the house where we moved to was already empty and we could move in. We moved the general packable items in the first move. Everything went extremely well. After the house was sold, all the remaining items were moved in the month of April 2024. Here I must say the consultant - Maritza Weeber was extremely helpful. Even when she went on a few days leave she ensured that the other consultant knew what was happening and she did not hesitate to be available when the need arose. I had some questions regarding the wrapping and box wrapping because some of the furniture was more than 60 years old. She did not hesitate to drive from Pta to Jhb to ensure all my concerns were answered. Also, the entrance to the new property - a consulted came and had a careful look at it and then drove through to Jhb to look at the items to be moved. He then advised Eezi Move on the size of the truck. I want to commend both on the excellent work they have done. Nothing was too difficult for them. Then, just before the move, the wrapping staff came to wrap the items as listed. I have never seen such an efficient group of workers. They knew exactly what to do and in a short period of time all the listed items were wrapped/box wrapped. It was amazing to see such a group of highly efficient workers. Well done guys - keep up the good work. Then the actual move - packing/loading the truck - to clear the house for the new owner. Some of the items where light while others were heavier and some breakable - e.g. a large mirror. The 4 packers/loaders handled every item with the respect it needed to ensure no damage was done during the driving from Jhb to Pta. That was much appreciated and I commend them for that. At our new home the 4 packers/loaders were outstanding in the way they offloaded the items. They worked with the utmost care and accuracy. In a very short time everything was in place. Not only were they careful with the handling of the furniture, but also did not scratch any wall in the process. What mostly impressed us were their excellent and pleasant attitude as well as willingness to go beyond what was expected of them. We commend them for that.
