Our entire experience from the very first look at the website to the final collection of our furniture was excellent. Website is easy to navigate, the online quote request process is clear and works well. The quote was sent within minutes, and followed up by an email from a service representative who could answer questions and make changes to the quote. Admin staff made helpful recommendations without over-selling. When we finally collected at the Depot in Cape Town the staff there was super organised helpful and friendly.
