Excellent Service

I wish to express my appreciation for the way Annali and the Eezi Move team organized and managed my move from Cape Town to Somerset West, with some furniture which had to be sent to Centurion, Gauteng. From the moment I requested the initial quote via their website, I experienced professional work ethic. All communication was answered punctually and without delay.

The date was set, the deposit paid, and everything was ready for early April. Then lockdown struck three days before the move was scheduled to take place, and the entire country came to an abrupt halt. Even with (initially) three weeks’ delay, all my questions were answered patiently and in a friendly manner. Emails would be answered even after 21:00 on a Saturday evening.

At long last I could continue with my relocation to Somerset West. The team of four consisted of Sandisile (the team leader), Nigel, Johane and Hendrik. They arrived punctually at 8:00 the Saturday morning. They were friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Sandisile is a wonderful person who assured me throughout that they were there to help me in any way possible. There were items which I would have moved on my own which they also loaded onto the truck. The extra furniture which was sent to Centurion also arrive punctually.

It was a great pleasure to work with such a professional team.
