Excellent Service Delivery. I recently contacted Eezi moves in Pretoria to assist with a pick up from Pretoria to Cape Town. Due to the fact that I previously used their services when I relocated from Durban to Pretoria, I felt comfortable to use them again. for my move to yet another Province. Melinda Coetzee co-ordinated this move with ease and a high level of professionalism. She was friendly and very accomodating with me changing the dates and times etc. She gave me a sense of re-assurance and I didnt feel anxious about my delivery arriving in Cape Town. Melinda was a star and she is an asset to her company. She arranged for me to pick up from their Brackenfell warehouse and even the gentleman at the warehouse Devon was very friendly and helpful. With all the ****ming that is going on these days, I knew for sure that I was dealing with a professional company and I had peace of mind. As mentioned, I did business with them before and each time, I am always impressed with the excellent service I get from Eezi Moves. Should I need to relocate ever again, I will certainly only contact Eezi moves for this, as they know how to treat their customers and they deliver on time. I like their no tipping policy as well which means they remunerate their staff well enough to ensure no sketchy attitudes from their staff. Thank you MELINDA and the team!! You guys rock!!!!
