Eezi moves Trerrible Service

No 1 advised me that the move crew will not take my inverter batteries along with all.my goods. Also the damaged and lost our laundry basket and just refere to their limited insurance terms and conditions. No claim for or claim procedure provided. No happy with your service as you don't take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by your crew. They promised to look for the laundry basket , but to date , I have mot heard anything further from them.
