EEZI MOVES REVIEW

Our family recently moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town. It was a huge move and very stressful. I had been searching for a reasonable removal company, but not found one, until One morning, I opened my bedroom curtains to see an EEZI MOVES truck drive right past my house, a neighbour one house away, was moving. I immediately went and spoke to them and the staff were so accommodating, showed me how they packed etc. I’m knew at that moment that this was the company I wanted to work with. Nadia was my sales consultant, and her service was excellent. She was efficient, she moved quickly, thoroughly understood our needs and took care of us every step of the way. She was professional but also so kind, and when going through this type of a move, you need someone like that, who just makes it all feel ok, who makes you feel safe. She was always available and her communication if everything was excellent. The logistics department was also so efficient and kept me informed of arrival time, delivery times etc. at no time did I feel anxious about anything. The removals team were friendly, fast and efficient. They packed until late, were tired, but never stopped being friendly and were considerate and caring. I knew my items were safe and had so much confidence as we waved them goodbye. We wanted photos, and even though it was dark, they came with joy and did the photos with us. I did a second small load to the depot in Cape Town, and again Riaan and the guys were so friendly, so helpful and accommodating, even helping us to load the trailer. They come highly recommended by me, why would you use anyone else. Above all this, their pricing is excellent. Thank you EEZI MOVES for a wonderful experience.
