Eezi Move- the bad move

What a terrible experience to have. You think you will pay the higher premium for a 'reputable ' moving company who specializes in moving people, to take the 'load off your shoulders.... all in vane. If you move with #EeziMove don't expect them to keep their word, or not to damage your property. 3 steps cracked by them dropping a heavy object, 1 tap broken, our trampoline has 2 tears on the jumping part, our drawers which moves on wheels, all 4 wheels broken off. Paid upfront for the dismantling of the trampoline and putting it back together. It did not happen. I logged the complaint on the 25th June. Today the 29th July they only got back to me saying they will compensate me with R300 take it or leave it. Very bad client services. Be careful what you sign for. I am in the home loans industry and have been for 25 years, I have never heard of such an ********* company. I will make sure I warn all my client about Eezi Move, that nothing is easy about them and if they break or damage your property they don't take ownership of it.
