Eezi move reduces Stress

We recently relocated out home assets from George to Cape Town . Based on personal recommendation we approached easy move and due to the circumstances were able to split our move into 2 separate moves , Large 5 bed house - big furniture , hence we had two experiences with Eezi move ... Firstly their online contents system was used both times as its easy to navigate and cost effect for both parties. Also we order some packaging that way . The quotes received were fair and within our budget especially as both moves were mid-month and part loads Their admin support was very good , both times after quote sent we were assigned a specific contact , who then follows through and is aware of what's happening and very helpful on changes on inventory etc ( rather than Random people !!! Eezi move has the edge over other there...!! once payment and shipment is secured, the liaison hand over to logistics , who on both occasions advised us 48 hrs. before -of the truck arrival / restrictions etc and also the ETA of delivery . Even more amazed , on the first move they arrived 3 mins later that stated earliest collection-load time ...and then at the cape time end spot on time !! The Second move, on the day we got a call from Logistics some 3.5 hours ahead of collection , to advise they had been withheld access to their 1st collection till afternoon- and they expected a 3 hr delay in getting to us, then we received a further follow up near noon to advise arrival would be about 3 pm - they had made a plan and split trailer and horse, putting on extra staff to assist with our load , to try and make up lost time with apologies ,,, this all on an Easter weekend !!! hows that for customer service and support ..! During both moves we found the Driver & load teams to be really friendly- efficient and helpful in all manner - i would say that the attitude and obvious training and commitment to their company shines through - we could not have been more pleased with approach of the company ang VERY happy that we listen to our friends suggestion to go with Eezi Move ( there's a lot to choose from ) Moving is very stressful and getting such support in these times is greatly appreciated - would we use them again , DEFFINETLEY although at our age unless they offer" a he**** move-" ... this move is our last !@# but this recommendation is for other who are searching
