Eezi Move not so Easy

I got a quote from Eezi Moves for them to relocate my furniture and belongings from PE to PTA. I took 3 days Family Responsibility Leave because they couldnt give me an exact date of when they would come. When they did eventually arrive, they didnt have all the packing materials I had paid for. They moved my things without properly wrapping them. My fridge has scratches and dents all over and some parts of my guest room sleigh bed were never delivered. I have been emailing them for 4 weeks trying to claim because my goods were insured by them but they are not giving me any response. I keep getting told my claim is being escalated but then radio silence. On the day my furniture was being moved the removal guys also asked me for money for “cool drink” to ensure that my belongings were safe considering that they were not wrapped. I paid that.
