EEZI Move - EEZI Budget

Like the name says I had an EEZI MOVE. No stress, fuss or worry about when my furniture would arrive.

Overall from assessment quote to delivery, their service was prompt, efficient, professional, cost effective and friendly. They work very fast and get the job done in a jiffy.

They stuck to their commitment of timelines - even better; delivered my furniture 2 days earlier than scheduled. They didn't make any 'promises' or commitments they couldn't keep.

With the exception of the broken washing machine latch and 1 small glass - my furniture and other home items were intact and arrived the way they left Durban. Being an heirloom, the machine is over 36 years old, but thankfully a part was still available. I cannot fault Eezi Move as a whole, but rather the individual who didn't notify me or asked for help. If not for this, I'd have given them 5/5.

I was stunned when I got their quote! They priced R7,000 cheaper than their nearest competitor who couldn't match the price. This was for pre-packing and moving altogether. I didn't have to do a thing, except to sort through my items to make my life easier unpacking in my new place.

One word of advice is to check that all items are pre-packed before the packers leave. The movers are there to pick up items and cannot pack unpacked items on the day of moval. Items broken outside of transit are not insured. I logged a complaint with Eezi Move's customer service. In my case empty shopping bags (nice ones) were left and I said it was okay that the mover put them into the washing machine. A simple task and focused elsewhere, I gave the okay that led to the door latch being broken.

Overall, I recommend Eezi Move without any reservations.
