Eezi move = dificult move

Eezi move is more like difficult move. They get a 2 because the actual logistics departmnet guys who came to laod and move my furnature was amazing otherwise it would be zero. The agent I was assignet to make the booking ****y Swart made my life hell. I used a moving company to make my relocation easier as I had to travel abroud and was under immense pressure at work while having to relocate etc just before my move. ****y didn't know how the logistics works. He asked me a million questions and pressured for answers and constantly wanted to change my quite even after payment had already been made. I eplained my situation to him but he was relentless. I received over 10 emails from him a day at a stage. I had to measure the steps from my door to the stairs and from the stairs to where the truck and park. Answer quistions about if hoising would be needed to get the furnature down from the 2nd floor. He wanted to know if the truck will fit in my street because they have a 22m truck. I answerd that there are no restictions in my area for trucks but that it is a dead end street so I am not sure. I am not a truck driver nor a moving company. I found it extreamly stresfull to have to come up with answer around logistical aspects of the move when it is actually the moving companies job. When I raised the issue and said an assesor should come out. ****y told me they only send assesors for 5bedroom and bigger houses. Really how rediculous no matter the house size you have to come asses to plan the move. He put it on me to do their his job, while I am payingthem a lot of money to make my life easier. In the end I had to pay for an additional shuttle vehicle because I wasn't sure if their humangus truck would be able to get out of my street. Come the day of the move, truck fits fine because they unhook the 2nd trailer and come in to the area with the smaller truck. So I paid R3000 extra for a shuttle that was bever used. This guy has no idea how to do his job and put me under immense stress and also put me out of pocket of more money than was needed coz he didn't know how the companies logistics team work.
