Eezi move. Cheap service costing you a lot in the end.

I used Eezi Move because their quote was the lowest. Sadly, by the time my hoiuse hold content reached me, I didn't have one furniture piece that was not damaged. I had items I brought with from Dubai that made it across the ocean and two moves later still looked the same. Eezi move managed to damage/break those items in one move. Boxes that were labelled with fragile labels reached me torn and crushed. An item or two also remained behind in spite of the fact that they had someone number each item when they uploaded.

When I logged a complaint with customer service they offered me R500 for my damages. What an insult. I have a R6k baby rocker chair that I bought brand new shortly before I moved. I couldn't even fix it with R500!!!

I should rather have paid more and go with a reputable company that would taken care of my belongings. I paid less, but in the end, I paid a lot more.

Def not worth using these guys. Maybe if they aid their staff more and made them work far less hours, they would care about the items they are moving.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

First time and definitely the last time.
