Eezi Move - Bad customer service

I recently arranged a move of goods in storage from Richards Bay to JHB, and was very disappointed. Not only did they not take any of the boxes quoted for, but took an item that does not belong to me. I had to pay another company to return the item (cupboard) to its owner. I have tried several times to contact the manager, but the agent keeps telling me that they would pass on the message to the manager. I am still waiting for a resolve of the issue, two weeks later. I want a partial refund for the items not transported! Terrible communication and problem solving on behalf of Eezi Move.
