Eezi Move AFTER care is non-existent

I am very shocked at Eezi Move's AFTER care. I used them to move in September 2025. I paid for a hoisting service - which didnt happen, and with the lack of the hoisting, they damaged my property by using incorrect methods. I reported the incident on the same day. I got a few calls on the same day and after that, they have been of no help. They offered me a refund for the hoisting service - which is good, since the service never happened - but no plan of action as to how to fix my damage property. After a month and a half of no result, they handed ME over to their legal department to take the matter further. Their 'legal' department AKA Joshua (I wont name his surname) have been dead quiet. They delete all my comments when I post on social media. It has now been almost 6 months without them taking any responsibility. I am not asking for much, but just for them to fix what they have damaged. If you go and do your research on the company, you will see they are very popular, but all their negative comments on here and other platforms are all about damaged property and ignoring those complaints.
