Don’t EVER use Eezi Move Appalling. DO NOT waste your money. PLEASE take our word for it.

• Great salesman to seal the deal, and competitive quotes… but that’s where it ends… • The damages to our furniture cost more than the move from Gauteng to the Western Cape. • 17 big furniture items badly damaged, dented, scratched and stained with photographic evidence, including items which were professionally wrapped by the Eezi Move team (at an additional cost to us) • It is impossible to escalate complaints to Senior Management! • The Customer Care team are useless and fail to take any accountability for anything - ***Read the small print (They only allow 48 hours to report any damages – as if anyone can unpack their entire household in this time). • Their favourite line to every complaint: “Moving is risky. Regular checks and balances are implemented by us to provide the best service possible, however, having your items handled by us in no way implies, warrants, and/or guarantees that there will be no damage/missing items.”. In other words, they can and WILL destroy your furniture, and you cant hold them responsible. • We also had to pay an additional R20K for a straight load, because their team told us 2 weeks before our confirmed delivery date (which was reconfirmed by us 9 times over a 3 month period) that due to ‘increased demand and limited availability’ they could no longer deliver on our agreed date.

This was anything but an ‘Eezi Move’, and I we will be doing all possible to ensure that others don’t have to endure what we have been through.
