Don't keep to their schedule and don't notify you

I am using Eezi move to move me from Centurion to Paarl. After accepting the quote they told me they would load my furniture on the 14th and store in Pretoria. The email then said they would load again on the 21st to bring to PAARL. I asked them if they could come earlier on the 14th and was told it would cost another R600.00 to do so. I then told them not to worry and come on the specified time. And what happens? They come earlier without any warning!<br> So I was told that I would be informed on how the move was taking place. I had to send an email today 23rd March to ask what was happening. I get a call from their OPS dept to tell me they loaded today and should be delivering on the 25th. How can they do this without prior warning. And if I had not emailed them I doubt whether they would have contacted me. I dealt with a Yolandi all the time and now someone else is replying to her emails. This company dies not care whether your are inconvenienced or not! Waiting in anticipation for someone to reply and re-imburse me for the inconvenienced caused.....
