Do not take responsibility!!!

Good rating was my go to for deciding who will handle my furniture move from Mpumalanga to Western Cape. Seems like ratings can sometimes be out or I am that unlucky one I always needed to follow up with them to find out when will they arrive to pick up and when will they arrive to deliver but that is not a big issue I made use of a shared load option but it seemed the first point of delivery they needed to make way to off load and the re loaded some of my furniture back and those was the furniture that got damaged (shaved) not even covered with blankets as they were late and waited for the first person to deliver In my complain to them they only said we should have taken the extra option of extra wrapping then this would not have happened They even dropped a clearly marked FRAGILE box IN front of my children not even a word about that. It seems they will not man up if mistakes was made and i need to claim with my insurance for their mishandling of my furniture NOT HAPPY at all When you use them please do not let the price flatter you or influence you as the will only take better care if you pay the extra packaging price
