Disingenuous Service

I have never had more disingenuous service.

They kept shifting my collection date. They spoke about services presenting them as included and when I tried to action them they tried to bill me for them in the 11th hour. They are incapable of answering direct questions. They hide behind their call centre and their manager (Michelle) never had the decency to call me back as promised (you'll hear from us in an hour).
