Damaged my belongings without any care

After the first time I used Eezi Move, I was very excited to use your services again because of the excellent service. However, this time, I was very disappointed with the service I received.

I am not happy with the way my belongings were handled. In the few moments I witnessed, items were banging and scratching against the walls during loading and unloading. Noticing this, I am not surprised that some of my belongings got damaged.

The first incident was with my fridge. Upon receiving it, there was nothing wrong, but as soon as it was loaded onto the truck, the men asked me if I knew about a dent on the front door. I immediately said no, that I was not aware of it, and I went to look, but it was already in the truck. Once unloaded, the men were on their way, but I called one back inside and said that the dent was not there before. The men said they did not do it, and I know it is their word against mine, but my belongings were spotless.

The second item damaged was one of my bedside tables. I only noticed this when handling it myself; they did not even tell me about it, obviously trying to hide it. This makes me more convinced that they caused the dent in my fridge. There was a hole at the back of my bedside table, which obviously got damaged during the trip to my new home.

The last damage occurred at my second address, where they knocked a picture frame off the wall while taking in the bed.

After 5 days of no contact via phone or email I got told they will give me 10% off my next move. What a joke...there won't be a next move.
