Credit not paid back

I have requested a qoute from EEZI MOVE on the 26/10/2015 naccepted and paid the qouted amount. The invoice came through and the amount was less then the qouted amount. There was an amount of +/- R2000. From then e-mail went back and forth for the last 3 months to get the credit paid back. When can I get my credit.
