Complaint

The after sales service is shoddy. When I first met with the sales agent, I was assured that my plants would be well looked after in storage and with the actual move. Needless to say, my plants were bone dry and broken to shreds. On calling the agent and sending photos, I was rep**** via email to revert to terms and conditions! 3 Calls later and I still have not heard from anyone.
