Broken goods and poor communication

Read this before you are reassured with the rating system for Eezi Move. We also thought they would be the best with positive reviews and a rating of over 4.8 stars.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the admin services. Not specifying specific issues in their T&C. It is easy to send a 7 page small print form without addressing issues that will force you to stress about leaving an inverter behind or whether your boxes are the right size.

Then there was the delivery. The boxes were marked fragile to ensure they must be moved gently but they were tossed in a room where fragile boxes lay at the bottom of heavy boxes... Only when unboxing our things did we find broken items. Some things that have travelled quite a few moves and survived, but they did not take care of our fragile goods and the result being damaged items. We communicated this to Manager and received no response. No apology or correspondence regarding this poor service.
