Broken furniture and Broken Promises

When I got a quote from Eezi-move, I specifically requested wrapping for my dressing table, as it has extreme sentimental value and is over 100 years old. When the movers arrived, I personally removed what could come off and left the guy to wrap it. I return a minute later to check on things, and find that the entire top part of my dresser has been yanked off. The *****s have been stripped, and a whole chunk of wood has been broken off. The worker argues with me that he didn't break it, and when the manager comes, he just gets out his *****driver, like he'll just fix it quickly. They both continue arguing that they didn't break it. I call Karen from Eezi-move, and after discussions, she sends the security manager to oversee the rest of the move, and both he and Karen assure me that they will send out their carpenter to have a look at my dresser and try fix it. It's two weeks later, and nothing has been heard from them.

Eezi-move may offer cheaper rates, but it's not worth it if you value your furniture. They break your furniture, their promises and don't give a damn about their clients.
