Bad service

Eezi move was professional when you are quoted for your relocation, and the move of your personal belongings. All payments must be done upfront before they come to pick up. All has gone according to plan, with the pre-packing and the day Eezi move come to pick up. Sad to say the truck was delayed because it was taking a 4 hour detour on gravel road Bundu bashing with our belongings, the truck was stopped at a weighbridge and was found it was over loaded, according to the driver and they had to wait for a second truck to take off some of the load. The truck was expected to be on site to deliver around 8am and only arrived at about 16:30 When the truck was offloaded there were a lot of furnishers, fridges, base and mattresses and pot plants were damage. We have phoned Eezi move and reported the damage goods following it up with an email. After we tried to have this matter resolved we were told it will take 30 day’s for them to give us an answer. After 30 day’s we were offered R500.00 to settle the claim this is not even covering one of the pot plants. This matter was not handled in a professional way at all and we will not recommend Eezi move to any person to use for handling your belongings. Still awaiting there feed back after 3 months.
