You call the office and the secretary is as helpful as a music sheet to a blind man and has the conflict resolution skills of dirty dish water.

The only reason I didn't lay a charge of ***** against them is after finding the CEO name and speaking to a manager they "agreed" to fill the truck up.

They were paid to pack - their version of packing is taking your drawers out and throwing everything on the ground for you to pick up after and stuffing random stuff into half broken boxes.

They wrap things nicely but that is honestly it.

Bad company, bad attitude, bad service rather go somewhere else more professional and pleasant
