AVOID! AVOID!

we decided to use eezi move to move our household contents. The move date was scheduled for the 2nd of March. After contacting Monique to make the necessary arrangements, which I must say seemed to run very smoothly, we expected the move to go smoothly too. Unfortunately on the day, the movers haggled over what was to go on the truck, had issues with moving certain items and left items behind. I contacted Monique to intervene and was promised that her manager would deal with the issue. Nothing came of it. I have had to make alternative arrangements at additional cost to myself for items that I paid Eezi move to transport. I have been advised by Monique that the matter is under investigation and that her manager would call me back, but to date we have had no response. Messages do not get returned and no one is available to assist or provide feedback. Clearly by the other reports, this is the norm for this company. Avoid this company at all costs. It is really not worth the frustration
