Anything but an Easy move

Terrible service and unprofessional team. We made use of Eezi move in January this year. And while there were a few red flags I continued to make use of the company. I listed that we had a specific time I needed to have my items moved by, I was told it couldn’t happen in the morning and I would need to pay an additional fee that was more than our moving fee just to have my goods moved in the morning. Now that we are unpacking our storage unit we can see just how bad the service and how unprofessional the team was. We now have damaged items because our furniture was simply thrown into our storage unit and more than one item has been damaged (fragile boxes has heavy items on them, a bed is placed on a unstable table and our microwave now has a dent. Chairs were thrown in the corner of the unit and it’s heartbreaking to see how our things which we worked so hard for, just carelessly shoved into our unit. Wouldn’t ever use this company
