Antique furniture damaged by Eezi Move
My antique furniture got severely damaged during this move. I note that no investigation was made into my WhatsApp note of dissatisfaction - Eezi Move's response coming just 4 minutes after receipt of my advice of complaint of damage to my furniture, which was received that morning. Clearly no attempt was made to call for an incidence report or to investigate, assuming that such basic professionalism exists in your organization. The dismissive (insulting) retort that "moving is a risky business" contrasts distinctly with the advertised claims that care is taken of your clients possessions. The damage to my furniture can only be a consequence of negligence or of a reasonably significant impact that should have been recorded one way or another. Alternatively I must assume that management were already aware of the damage caused. On the matter of the terms of the contract I note that a 50% deposit is called for but full payment was demanded ahead of furniture collection. This is another red flag that adds to the concern that the client’s satisfaction is not high on the list of your organization. It is in my nature to be complementary to companies fulfilling my service requests. I regret that, despite many positives, I cannot see my way clear to endorsing your company's service on the basis of the responses and reactions noted above.
